The following are the current Architectural Control Committee Guidelines for mail receptacles for Tuscany Estates:

Cost is $485 for a turnkey installation. This includes a brass flag, 6-3″ brass numbers, the mailbox, post and installation. The Mailbox color is Verdi Green. Brass numbers are required on BOTH sides of mailbox (address numbers on house is optional).
Replacement 3″ brass numbers are available from Magnificent Mailboxes or from Addresses of Distinction.
Cost from Address of Distinction is $4.95 each and 9.99 shipping – 6 numbers for a total of $39.69.
We recommend surrounding the post with some type of garden to prevent dogs spraying on it (which can cause the post to crack and break!)
